We appreciate your business. We are a locally owned independent coffee house dedicated to good coffee, good food, and this neighborhood. We are not a corporate giant with fully automated machines and a regimented format. We do love what we do, and take the time and effort to do it by hand, one order at a time.
If you order your usual 6 pump venti half-skinny, half-soy, quasi-decaf, half-iced, partially blended, 8 shot no foam cappuccino/macchiato hybrid with half-dark and half white chocolate syrups and two and one-third Splendas, and you want it in 15 seconds, you may get a blank stare, or even a giggle. We want your business, but that’s not our format. Good fresh coffees and foods with attention to detail is what we do. If we fail or excel at that, we want to hear it.
